Randy graduated from California State University, Bakersfield in 1978, earning a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and was certified in 1981. He has varied experience in personal, corporate, partnership, trust and estate taxation, accounting, and management services in various business operations.

Randy has worked with Wayne Long for over 20 years. He specializes in construction and manufacturing industries and oversees the internal IT operations of the firm. He is also tasked with overseeing the internship program and training of the junior accounting staff.

His experience includes audits and attestation services of manufacturing, financial, non-profit and construction entities. He has worked in both public accounting and private industry. During his years working in private industry he served in the capacity as controller and treasurer of a local financial institution, various leasing companies, medical service companies and computer services. He has also served on the board of several non-profit organizations.
