 Ryan is a certified public accountant with 7 years of tax consulting experience serving corporations, partnerships, individuals and S-corporations. He has begun pursuing a master's degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He works with a wide range of corporate clients involved in many different industries and exposed to a variety of complex tax issues. The entities range from start-up to million dollar corporations. He specializes in proactive planning to minimize income, gift and estate tax for high net worth individuals. He has extensive experience in business tax planning, like-kind exchanges, and auditing of governmental, not-for-profit and non-public business entities.
Ryan graduated with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara earning his degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
