Ryan W. Diffee holds a Masters in Taxation degree from Golden Gate University and with over ten years of experience, he has provided guidance in a wide variety of areas including accounting, consulting, litigation, planning and compliance services for corporate, individual and fiduciary clients.

Mr. Diffee has been the lead investigator in numerous fraud engagements leading to the discovery of misappropriation of assets ranging from three hundred fifty thousand dollars to over $1 million. He has undergone training in advanced fraud techniques and has provided forensic support for both civil and criminal cases.

He has also been responsible for audits of large and medium sized private and nonprofit organizations, as well as other nontraditional engagements such as agreed-upon engagements and consulting engagements. He has provided consulting services in a wide area of accounting and auditing, business, financial planning acquisitions, computer consulting, tax planning and preparation, management advisory services, and other technical income taxation issues. In addition, Mr. Diffee has prepared valuations, reviewed and prepared buy-out calculations, and researched technical accounting and tax matters and prepared memos supporting the firm's positions in those matters.
