 Theresa joined Wayne Long & Co in 2004 with over 20 years of public and private industry accounting and tax experience. She assists privately held business owners and employees in all aspects of business and personal financial planning, including reports on financial statements, tax planning, projection, and return preparation and compliance, business mergers and acquisitions, general consulting, communication services, and employee benefit plans. Theresa has experience in several industries, including contracting, oilfield services, retail, physicians, and non-profits. A member of the California Society of CPA’s, she participates in The Financial Leadership Forum.
